JNG Power Commercial Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for commercial facilities including office buildings, medical facilities, retail centers, and industrial spaces across California.

All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your service request. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All quotes and estimates provided are subject to change based on the actual scope of work, site conditions, and other factors discovered during service delivery. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon completion of services or according to the billing schedule agreed upon in your contract.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to use collection agencies or legal action to recover unpaid amounts.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Services canceled after our team has arrived on-site will be charged in full.

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our services. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy and any applicable service agreement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JNG Power Commercial Cleaning or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in the service contract. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of California.
